Sean Dowsing is the construction practice lead at Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester. In addition to being a private attorney, he served as a judge advocate in the California Army National Guard for over 8 years. Sean aims to continue his service to the community by advocating for construction career opportunities for underserved communities.
